Update 0.0.3

0.0.3 is finally finished. This update has two brand new areas, Rocky Ravine and Sacred Square. It also has had Unity's High Definition Render Pipeline applied to it, so the world looks very different to what it used too. 

This update has also added some more of the main storyline, with the first of 5 (at the moment) main factions showing up: The Monarchs. There are only two of the Monarchs here at the moment, and they dont have too much of a storyline, but that will be a work in progress
